RePlay - Terms Of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the RePlay (the "Service") operated by RubyEdge LLC ("us", "we", or "our").

1. 1. Acceptance of Terms
   By accessing or using the Service in any way, including, but not limited to, visiting or browsing the Service or contributing content or other materials to the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you are not authorized to use the Service.


2. 2. Prohibited Use
   You agree not to use the Service in any way that violates the following terms:
   1.    a. No child sexual abuse (lolicon, cub, etc).
   2.    b. No gore, excessive violence, or harm to animals.
   3.    c. No depiction of suicide or self-harm.
   4.    d. No promotion of misinformation.
   5.    e. No harassment.
   6.    f. No threats or violence towards others.
   7.    g. No hate speech or hateful conduct.
   8.    h. No violent extremism.
   9.    i. Use of the service in any automated way is strictly prohibited.

   You agree not to engage in any form of spamming while using RePlay. Spamming includes but is not limited to the repetitive sending of unsolicited messages, images, or other content, the use of automated scripts or bots to flood the service with content, or any other activity that disrupts the normal operation of the Service or the experience of other users. Violations of this policy may result in immediate termination of your access to the Service.


4. 4. Compliance with Discord Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
   By using RePlay on Discord, you agree to comply with the Discord Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Any violation of the Discord Terms of Service and Community Guidelines will be considered a violation of our Terms as well.

5. 5. Limitations on Liability
   We are not responsible for any damages, losses, or other liabilities incurred as a result of your use of the Service or your reliance on any content provided through the Service. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information provided by the Service.


6. 6. Modification of Terms
   We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 14 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

   These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
