Information We Collect
We collect the following information when you use the RePlay Bot:

1.    1. Who/when/where a command is used: We track information about the usage of the bot, including the Discord user who issued a command, the timestamp when the command was executed, and the location where the command was executed.
2.    2. Error Messages and Logs: In the event of an error, we collect error messages generated by the bot. This helps us diagnose and resolve issues with the service.
3.    3. Media Matching Specific Regex Patterns: We may temporarily store media that matches specific Regex patterns for the following purposes (These specific Regex patterns can be listed from the bot's 'listregexes' command):
   1.      - The media will be initially stored for 2 days from the date of collection.
   2.      - If the same media is requested again during the initial 2-day period, it will extend the storage period to 5 days from the date of the most recent request.

Data Retention

1.    - Media matching specific Regex patterns: Initially stored for 2 days from the date it was collected. If requested again during this period, the storage period is extended to 5 days from the date of the most recent request. These specific Regex patterns can be listed from the bot's 'listregexes' command.
2.    - Error Messages and Logs: Error messages and Logs are retained for a period of 7 days for diagnostic and troubleshooting purposes.

Request for Deletion
If you would like to request the deletion of any data associated with your use of the RePlay Bot please contact us here. We will promptly review and process your deletion request in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the terms outlined in this Privacy Policy.
Please note that while we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your deletion request, certain data may be subject to legal requirements, necessary for the operation of the bot, or required for security and diagnostic purposes, and therefore, may not be fully deletable. We will inform you if we are unable to fulfill your request for deletion for such reasons.
Deletion requests will be handled within 30 days of receiving your request, and we will notify you once the requested data has been deleted or, if applicable, inform you of any data that cannot be deleted.

Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information and ensure its confidentiality. However, no data transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. We cannot guarantee the security of information you share with us.

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. We will provide notice of any changes on the RePlay Bot platform or through other means to inform users of any material changes to the policy.
